This policy explains what VIP Motors Inc. collects on this website, why, and who else can see it. It is short because the site does very little with your information.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. When you book a visit we ask for your name, your phone number, the vehicle you are asking about, and the day and time you would prefer. When you ask about financing we ask for your name and phone number, and the vehicle only if you already have one in mind. Both forms record which language you were reading the site in, and whether you told us you want to talk about financing.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your email address, your home address, your Social Security number, your income, your credit score, or any bank or card details. There is no message box on the financing form, on purpose — nothing on this website is the place to type financial information. A credit application happens with VIP Motors directly, not here.
Why we collect it, and how it is used
To contact you about the request you sent, and nothing else. Your phone number is used to call or text you back about your enquiry. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Who else can see it
Three companies, because they run the plumbing this website is built on. Vercel hosts the site and stores your enquiry. Resend delivers the notification email to VIP Motors staff. Google provides the map on our About & Visit page — Google does not receive your enquiry or your phone number, but when that page loads the map, Google can see that you visited it. Nobody else receives anything.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the VIP Motors inbox so staff can follow up and refer back to what you asked for. If you would like yours removed, call or text us and we will delete it.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own for visitors. The only cookie this site sets itself keeps VIP Motors staff signed in to the private admin area, and it is never set on the pages you browse. We use no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. One exception is not ours: the map on our About & Visit page is loaded from Google, and Google may set its own cookies when that page opens. That is the only place on this site where it happens, and it is marked with a note under the map.
Tracking and “Do Not Track”
We run no analytics and no advertising pixels, and we do not follow you from this site to another one. There is one third party that can: the Google map on our About & Visit page. Because that map is loaded from Google, Google can see that you opened that page and may connect it to your activity on other websites. Every other page on this site loads only from us. If you would rather not load the map, use the “Get directions” link on that page instead — it opens Google only when you choose to. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from your browser, because there is no agreed standard for what a website must do when it receives one.
Reviewing or changing your information
Call or text VIP Motors on the number below and ask. We will tell you what we have from you, correct it, or delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this changes in any way that matters, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date at the top. Please check here for the current version.
